- MTR® A beam: self-supporting during the assembly and pouring phase of the deck, with a lower steel soffit.
- MTR® T beam: to be formed and propped during the assembly and pouring phase of the deck, without a lower soffit and completely embedded in the concrete poured in situ.
- MTR® C beam: self-supporting during the assembly and pouring phase of the deck, with a lower concrete soffit.
- MTR® Software: calculation software application dedicated to the design of MTR® beams and implemented according to the specific production process adopted by Metal.Ri, in compliance with current Italian and European technical standards.
The MTR® Software was developed by INFO.MTR Srl, the software house created by Metal.Ri to develop, test, and produce new technologies. The software is produced under a quality management system certified in accordance with UNI EN 150 9001.
The MTR® Software is developed on mathematical models specifically calibrated on the systems and production methods adopted in its workshops and framed within the applicable international regulations (Structural Eurocodes), and is capable of communicating natively with the CDSWin structural calculation system by STS, specialising this calculation platform for the design of the MTR® building system.
In collaboration with STS, we make available the free module that allows the design of MTR® beams on the CDS Win platform.
