Metal.Ri has obtained the most important corporate certifications and product and system certifications, ensuring maximum transparency and the highest standards of quality and safety performance.
CE MARKING FOR STRUCTURAL STEEL COMPONENTS
All Metal.Ri products are CE-marked in accordance with the UNI EN 1090-1 standard. The factory production control implemented by Metal.Ri meets the requirements for the highest Execution Class, EXC4.
CE MARKING FOR PRECAST CONCRETE PRODUCTS
All Metal.Ri products are CE-marked in accordance with the EN 13225:2013 standard for precast linear concrete elements.
CATEGORY A CLASSIFICATION
Recognition issued by the C.S.LL.PP. – Central Technical Service, confirming that the MTR® System belongs to category A (steel–concrete composite beams), as set out in the “Guidelines for the use of steel lattice beams embedded in composite concrete casting and procedures for issuing the authorisation for use”.
COMPANY QUALITY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION
Metal.Ri holds a Company Quality System certified in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard.
WELDING PROCESS CERTIFICATION
Metal.Ri carries out weld control through a quality management system certified in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 3834-2 standard, recognised at international level.
EUROPEAN PATENT
Metal.Ri holds a European Patent for the MTR® System granted by the EPO (European Patent Office).
REMADE IN ITALY CERTIFICATION
The ReMade in Italy certification attests that the MTR® System is made from up to 92% recycled material. It is a traceability scheme compliant with the Public Procurement Code and the CAM Edilizia (Minimum Environmental Criteria for construction).
LEGALITY RATING
The Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) has resolved to award Metal.Ri the Legality Rating with a score of ★++.
WHITE LIST REGISTRATION
Registration in the White List, a register of suppliers, service providers and contractors not subject to attempted mafia infiltration.
