Info.MTR
The need to fully leverage the potential offered by the MTR® System in structural design led to the establishment of INFO.MTR S.r.l. in 2015. This new company brings multidisciplinary engineering and IT expertise to the table.
INFO.MTR’s mission is to optimise structural design within the MTR® System framework. This ensures improved interaction with designers and efficient production management, so that the project perfectly corresponds to the final product on site.
The digital transition process is currently implemented through the following developments:
plug-in software solutions are compatible with the most widely used structural design software on the Italian market (CDS Win, PRO_SAP, Sismicad). Once installed, they allow for seamless and fully transparent integration of MTR® technology into any structural project.
software solutions leverage Microsoft Component Object Model (COM) technology and dedicated Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to seamlessly integrate functionalities into leading structural analysis software in the global engineering market (SAP2000, ETABS, and AxisVM). This enables the efficient and transparent design of MTR® structural components, such as beams and columns.
Italtravi S.r.l.
Italtravi S.r.l. was founded in 2020 and is responsible for the production of MTR® elements. The company has obtained authorisation from the Central Technical Service, which certifies its suitability to manufacture controlled and safe construction materials.
The production facility ensures the proper manufacturing of every single MTR® System component. We are proud to offer a product that is both artisanal and industrial, and which is in full compliance with the requirements of EN 1090-1 certification standards. These standards regulate the factory production control management system for CE marking purposes.
Before leaving the production facility, each MTR® beam is subjected to rigorous dimensional and welding inspections, in accordance with the procedures delineated in the MTR® System production manual.
ITALIAN BUILDING SYSTEM S.r.l.
IBS – Italian Building System S.r.l. was established in 2020 with the aim of introducing MTR® technology to the Romanian market and of encouraging the transition away from traditional, monolithic systems of construction towards a full prefabrication approach.
With technical, administrative and commercial offices, as well as a production facility in Timișoara, Italian Building System has become a well-established presence throughout Romania.
A dedicated MTR® design team supports engineers, architects and construction companies in developing building solutions using MTR® components and designing more cost-effective and higher-performance buildings.
The production unit, which comprises specialised welders, ensures the high-quality manufacturing of CE-certified MTR® elements.
